Within the framework of the XVIII Congress of the Ibero-American State Lottery and Betting Corporation (Cibelae) held in Lisbon, Portugal, the annual meeting of the General Assembly was successfully held on Monday, November 20, in which the new authorities of the Board of Directors of Cibelae for the period 2023-2025.
