Totalizator Sportowy received its first certificate in 2013 - another one in 2017. At that time, its primary area of ​​activity was the LOTTO ground sales network. In 2020, the certificate was also awarded to new business areas of the company, i.e. slot machine arcades outside casinos, the only legal online casino in Poland, Total Casino and lotto.pl. This year, for the fourth time, an independent audit confirmed compliance with the highest global standards in all areas of activity at Totalizator Sportowy, and this was confirmed by the international organization European Lotteries.

Certification, in accordance with the European Standards for Responsible Gaming, covers eleven areas and segments of activity, which include: responsible gaming management, employee training, game design, marketing and advertising activities, research, communication with stakeholders and player education. It takes place every three years and is confirmed by an independent audit. The Responsible Gaming certification is recognized by the World Lottery Association.

European Lotteries is an international organization associating both public and private lotteries. Its members offer gambling services in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdictions of the countries concerned. The headquarters of the organization is located in Lausanne (Switzerland). Since 2007, the association also has a representative office in Brussels.

Responsible Gaming
