LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - There's something new outside the headquarters of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery in downtown Little Rock.

An unveiling ceremony Tuesday morning revealed a new sign that shouts "This is Winning!."

The addition was introduced to the community by Donna Bragg, Lottery Advertising and Marketing Director, who explained it's part of a new campaign.

"We really wanted to enhance the winning experience for our players and it is also in a way a winning experience for anyone who wants to come to downtown Little Rock and take their picture in the sign," said Bragg.

The canopy covering the entrance to the lottery headquarters also has the slogan.
