Abacus and Cash Depot partner up to offer lottery products through in store financial service and cash management kiosks (BANK IN A BOX) Abacus Solutions International Group (Abacus), a global technology provider connecting lottery systems with retailers, and Cash Depot, a U.S. financial services and technology company specializing in retail cash solutions, have entered into a partnership to deliver lottery games and services through the Bank in a Box® network deployed in retail locations across North America.
The Abacus Gateway, already live in North America, will connect with the Cash Depot Smart Cash Platform™ to facilitate both the sale and prize redemption of lottery tickets. This integration will simplify prize payouts for retailers while offering consumers a faster, more convenient self-service experience. Cash Depot currently has more than 1,500 Bank in a Box systems deployed and plans to expand to over 3,000 within the next twelve months in grocery and convenience stores nationwide.
