Online lottery, sports, and media group Lottery.com Incorporated has executed a Letter of Intent to buy the 51% controlling interest in Nevada-based group DotCom Ventures Incorporated.
Lottery.com will obtain all of the premium domain assets of Concerts.com and TicketStub.com for US$10 million.
The deal comprises cash, secured debt, and equity issued at up to US$3 per share and positions Concerts.com as the third foundational pillar of Lottery.com Incorporated’s platform, alongside Lottery.com and Sports.com, forming a multi-channel entertainment ecosystem focused on online gaming, sports, and live events.
Concerts.com and TicketStub.com offer verified ticket inventories for sports, concerts, comedy, esports, and festivals.
Both platforms integrate with Sports.com’s live streaming infrastructure, enabling bundled experiences that combine tickets, content, and streaming. Sports.com Studios will produce original content for both brands.
"While Concerts.com and Sports.com are hallmark media brands, we intend to make TicketStub.com the trusted ticketing site for fans of all live entertainment,” Matthew McGahan, CEO of Lottery.com and Sports.com, said in a news release. "Concerts.com is the perfect third vertical for our business. It will become the ticketing engine for Sports.com — giving us a unified commerce and content strategy around everything from sports to festivals to immersive experiences.”
