Vice President, Security – Tennessee Education Lottery

The Tennessee Education Lottery is searching for an energetic and highly motivated Vice President of Security with strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), and leadership skills.    This position will be responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the Security department (physical security, data security and investigations) to include managing of departmental budget, training/orientation and all personnel actions of staff, formulation and administration of security procedures, monitoring of vendor/retailer activities to ensure compliance, and overall review and evaluation of security operations to include serving as subject matter expert on all security related matters with vendors/retailers and Executive management.    

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a combination of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years in a law enforcement and management role, or any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to these requirements.   The candidate will be collaborative, work effectively and efficiently with all functions and build strong relationships across the organization.  Must have strong computer skills and a valid Tennessee Driver’s License.   Lottery or gaming experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Psychology or related field experience is required.
