The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of an Executive Director, Lottery. This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Lottery & Gaming (OLG). The incumbent oversees the agency, providing executive leadership in establishing broad policies and objectives related to OLG's mission and has primary responsibility for all financial, administrative and program operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 8-10 ten years of progressive experience planning, directing and overseeing all aspects of a lottery’s financial, administrative and program operations.  Proven experience motivating, developing and mentoring staff towards meeting the lottery’s vision, mission and goals. Excellent written, oral, and public speaking skills.
