RFP: NY State Gaming Commission reissuing a Request For Proposals (“RFP”) for a Gaming Market Study

The New York State Gaming Commission is reissuing a Request For Proposals (“RFP”) for a Gaming Market Study.  This RFP, C190013V2, is a reissue of RFP C190013 dated June 26, 2019.  

The Commission has determined that the speed of return of a product from the Gaming Market Study is no longer the sole imperative.  Accordingly, the Commission will NOT be making an award under the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for Gaming Market Study [C190013] issued June 26, 2019.  Rather, the Commission has issued a replacement REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for Gaming Market Study with adjusted timelines and product deliverables.
