TITLE: Lottery Specialist (Games) LOCATION: Marketing Department, Rocky Hill, Connecticut SALARY: $69,393.00 starting annual salary

The Connecticut Lottery Corporation has an opening for a dynamic, creative and motivated professional to join the marketing team as a Lottery Specialist.

The Lottery Specialist position is accountable for performing a number of complex activities to assist the Director of Lottery Games in the administration of all aspects of the instant and draw games programs. This includes the implementation of new game launches; maintenance of files for each game; maintaining contact with vendors; developing marketing plans; tracking sales, researching trends and developing enhancing game features, and other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of eight (8) years experience in marketing, sales promotion, advertising or closely related field. One (1) year of the general experience must have been in a supervisory level or capacity. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computation skills; ability to establish sales goals and estimates; ability to understand and apply processes, policies and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as the ability to learn new computer software systems is expected. College training may be substituted for sales experience subject to applicable rules.
