BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:  This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Lottery and Gaming, Marketing and Communications Division. The incumbent is responsible for collaborating with the OLG’s contracted gaming system/technology platform vendor to shape and deliver programs, promotions, marketing strategy and communications supporting the Lottery’s digital games portfolio. Duties include, but are not limited to managing the digital games portfolio, providing regular analysis and reporting on game performance and suggesting tactics to achieve revenue goals; serving as main point of contact with technology platform vendor, game vendors, advertising partners, and internal stakeholders to lead the development of the product roadmap, making recommendations on game selection and release schedule, and the removal of unpopular games; leveraging data and analysis to recommend new game categories, modifications, develop in-market testing, omnichannel game opportunities, and custom game development; managing the digital games workflow to take a product from concept to launch on the Lottery’s digital platform; monitoring and analyzing user behavior(s), industry trends and activity to best shape and position the iLottery platforms and products; working closely with the technology platform vendor’s digital and content teams to ensure messaging and presentation is consistent with brand; ensuring iLottery products meet or exceed quality standards, competitive benchmarks, and performance metrics; track and coordinate all stakeholders during any operational issue escalations and resolutions; performing other related duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM

Four (4) years of progressive experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as overseeing the product development lifecycle for digital platforms, marketing and campaign strategies, consumer advertising, market research analysis and sales operations. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Content Management System (CMS) preferred. Lottery and gaming experience are a plus.

 

Experience that provides the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for this position.
