RFP: Ohio Lottery Marketing Communication Services

On October 3, DAS issued a Request for Proposals for Marketing Communication Services.  The agency currently contracts with three agencies for these services under contracts which expire next June.  The procurement has six service categories.  Offerors are asked to provide their capability related to strategic planning; sponsorships; media placement; and digital services.  They are also required to demonstrate their creative capabilities and to identify an MBE component. 

 The Inquiry period ends November 9 with responses due on the 16th. The awards process may identify several agencies who will compete to provide services to the Lottery.  The total budget for Fiscal 2020 is $22 million.
