The State of Oklahoma, Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division (CP), on behalf of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission (OLC or Lottery), are soliciting this request for proposal (RFP) to seek offers from qualified vendors for the purchase of electronic signage options for the use in Lottery retail locations.
