Only a few more days to go: on 5 February 2019, there will be the final vote in the Dutch Senate on the introduction of the Remote Gambling Act (‘RGA’). This is more than 2.5 years after the Act passed the House of Representatives.
In principle, no changes to the latest draft are accepted anymore. This means that the RGA will either be approved or denied.
DLA Piper will be attending the final vote, and we will immediately report the outcome.
