Missouri Lottery Director Receives Hall of Fame Honors

May Scheve Reardon, executive director of the Missouri Lottery, has joined the ranks of industry leaders across the world with her induction into the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame, presented by Public Gaming Research Institute. The induction ceremony took place during the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) Annual Conference and Trade Show in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Sept. 18.

The Lottery Industry Hall of Fame was founded in 2005 to honor individuals who have promoted excellence and integrity in the lottery field. In Reardon’s case, that includes record growth under her leadership. Since she was appointed executive director of the Missouri Lottery in December 2009, sales have increased to more than $1.4 billion a year, and the Lottery’s annual contributions to public education have increased 33.9%.

Nominees were selected by a voting panel of 84 PGRI Lottery Industry Hall of Fame members.
