Jennifer Anderson selected as Deputy Director of the Colorado Lottery

Colorado Lottery Director Tom Seaver today announced the appointment of Jennifer Anderson as the Deputy Director of the Colorado Lottery. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Lottery offices in Denver and Pueblo, including the Claims, Fiscal, IT and Sales departments. Anderson served as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Colorado Attorney General from 2014 until 2018. In that role, she worked closely with the Colorado General Assembly to ensure that the Attorney General’s legislative agenda passed and was signed into law.

“The Colorado Lottery is a critical component for funding the great outdoors in Colorado,” said Anderson. "I am excited to be part of such an enthusiastic team and look forward to serving the people of Colorado in this new important role.”

 Anderson graduated from the University of Denver in 2004 and the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2010. Jennifer practiced Natural Resources law at large regional law firms in both Albuquerque and Denver before joining the State of Colorado. She also served as the Director of Alcohol and Gaming for the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department.
