IGT Signs Cross-Licensing Agreement With AGS

LONDON, Sept. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology PLC ("IGT") (NYSE: IGT), holder of the largest slot game feature patent portfolio in North America, announced that it has signed a patent cross-licensing agreement with AGS, a full-service designer and manufacturer of gaming products for the casino floor. Under the agreement, AGS can offer games including patented features from the IGT portfolio, and will pay licensing fees to IGT.
