IGT Extends Lottery Brand License with Caesars Entertainment

LONDON, U.K. – August 31, 2017 – IGT has signed a multi-year license agreement with Caesars Entertainment (NASDAQ: CZR), the world’s most diversified gaming and entertainment company.

The agreement extends IGT’s rights to represent the Caesars®, Harrah’s®, Paris Las Vegas®, Rio®, Flamingo®, and Horseshoe® brands in the lottery industry within the United States, Canada, and Europe.

IGT has represented many of these Caesars brands in the lottery industry since 2008.

“IGT is happy to extend our partnership with Caesars Entertainment and continue offering lotteries and their players relevant licensed content and unforgettable experiences,” said Michael Chambrello, IGT CEO, North America Lottery. “The Caesars Entertainment brands represent the ultimate in luxury and gaming and meaningfully resonate with our customers and their players.”

The Caesars Entertainment brands present a tremendous opportunity to offer lottery players experiences via second chance promotions. With operations in 13 U.S. states, Caesars Entertainment branded games offer lotteries the chance to deliver experiential prizes locally or on a grander scale in well-known resort cities including Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

“We look forward to continuing our partnership with IGT,” said Annette Weishaar, Senior Vice President of Partnerships & Channel Marketing, Caesars Entertainment. “Together, we have already achieved great results in the lottery industry, and we are confident that IGT’s expertise and experience will continue to drive success.”
