POSITION:The Pennsylvania Lottery is seeking an experienced, motivated team leader to help take our key/corporate account sales and recruitment to the next level!

As the Sales Director of Key/Corporate Accounts, you will recruit and promote Lottery products and programs to executives of national chain retailers while directing a team of key account sales managers to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will provide consultation on key accounts issues to managers and executives of the Lottery.

This position is an integral part of managing $1.7 billion in key/corporate sales. If you are an energetic and dynamic manager who enjoys positively influencing others through constructive leadership, we want to talk to you!

  • Six years of increasingly responsible sales management experience establishing, developing, and maintaining major new customer accounts, at least four years of which shall have included supervising sales staff engaged in servicing major retail chain or franchise accounts.
  • Proven record of achieving sales goals.
  • Experience developing a sales plan and metrics driven goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills including the ability to effectively coach leaders and build relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and proven experience executing a sales and marketing strategy.
  • Demonstrated success driving difficult change in a highly complex organization to advance the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
