The Pennsylvania Lottery is seeking a Regulatory Manager to be an integral part of a $4 billion dollar business.

It would improve the lives of Pennsylvanians!REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY:Four years of professional management experience and a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • Develop, administer and evaluate policies, legislation, regulation and business practices in a large diverse organization
  • Experience in drafting legislation, regulation, policy, procedures, and public notices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act and agency responsibilities under the Act
  • Experience with the Commonwealth's record retention policy
  • Experience in a policymaking role
  • Experience performing legal research
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook,
  • Proven record of leadership and accomplishing goals successfully
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
